Harry Lew commenced his Real Estate career in Mordialloc in 1986 and has been involved in excess of 950 residential sales transactions in the local area. Harry is an active member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria upholding the strong values of Professional Conduct and Code of Ethics and is currently on the Melbourne Planning Interest Group.

Well I have to say they went above and beyond my expectation.
Harry advised if I spent a bit to give the property a facelift, a bit of TLC, then I could expect to receive more than I initially wanted. At this time I was basically working 12 hours most days with commitments on other days.
Harry was my main connection to the property. Guiding me through what colours are in at the moment, what carpets would match, lighting etc. Also he had contact names and numbers of who could assist with “fair” prices and obviously as I wasn’t available he was always there to meet the tradesmen for quotes or repairs and even checking that the job was up to standard after.
Harry is a determined, dedicated, committed and a realistic Estate Agent. He knows what you want yet knows what you can achieve.
A couple of options were given as to how to actually execute the sale. One was to put the property up for Auction. The second was to use the Set Sale which is what I decided, as the process was more attractive and less stress.
Well after only one open for inspection an offer was made. So less than two weeks my unit was sold and after the facelifting advice from Harry, the offer from the Purchaser was $40,000.00 more than what I was expecting.
