Hi Harry,
I had been looking for a house in the bayside area for what seems like forever! I had even engaged a professional buyers advocate at one time. As a potential buyer, navigating the real estate market can be daunting to say the least. Sure you can read books or guides online but you never really know in who’s interest all this advice is?
After a chance meeting with Harry one day he offered to look over the plans for a house I was considering. He immediately noticed some issues with the floor plan, specifically the size of the bedrooms. Not something I had really noticed. Over the next few years of looking and several potential houses, Harry was a great sounding board for me on the houses I was considering. Plus Harry was able to provide me with information on what a particular might be worth and what the selling agents strategy might be.
Harry also put me in touch with a builder he recommended for property inspections who was a lot more affordable than the other options I had considered. This would save me money by providing a verbal report with photographs, rather than the expense of a full written report. This allowed me to go to an auction with knowledge on any hidden costs of owning a property.
When I finally purchased a property at auction last weekend I felt very confident in what I was buying and what my strategy would be. In the end I was very happy with the result and felt that I was very well prepared.

Harry advised if I spent a bit to give the property a facelift, a bit of TLC, then I could expect to receive more than I initially wanted.
